OUR HISTORY
zeb was founded in the German university town of Münster in 1992, with the purpose of providing consultancy services to the growing European banking sector. The business expanded and in 1997 we opened up our first international offices in Zurich and Vienna. Ten years after the companys foundation we employed more than 250 consultants and additional offices were opening up across Germany.
In 2012 we celebrated our 20th anniversary and acquired the Swedish consultancy firm Crescore, located in Stockholm. Upon entering the Nordic market we also expanded our service offering to include compliance, risk management, internal auditing and financial law on an advisory as well as outsourcing basis.
Today we are more than 1000 employees and operate all over Europe with office locations in major financial hubs such as Frankfurt, Zurich and London. We have thus established ourselves as the largest European strategy and management consultancy specialized in the financial services sector.
