DORA compliance for an occupational pension company
Initial situation
The pension fund has identified a need for support in the implementation of DORA and seeks assistance from an external part to review the implementation process on an ongoing basis.
The purpose of continuously reviewing the implementation process is to optimize the work by proactively identifying shortcomings and receiving support through reviews, rather than discovering issues afterwards.
Approach
The implementation of DORA is divided into three parts:
Conducting a GAP analysis of the pension funds situation in relation to DORA.
Provide advice and support in risk analysis, planning, and description of compliance activities in the function’s annual plans.
Perform supporting work of the Compliance function in executing compliance activities during the implementation of DORA.
