SLM advisory for a globally active fintech company
Initial situation and goals
Against the backdrop of regulatory requirements, the fintech company had to ensure a proper setup for managing relations with external and group-internal suppliers
The fintech company's current practice of supplier management involving several stakeholders showed the need for a target picture and further improvements, implementing a TOM for supplier management
